Returns & Exchanges

At LONE RANGER, we stand by the quality of our gear, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse to ensure it arrives safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
